I am 100% satisfied with my breast implants!I would like to send to you a little note regarding my operation. Not only are you a wonderful person with a great personality but you are so thorough on your procedure and so caring. I will recommend you to anyone, as I already have! You made my surgery worry free and thank you for being available at anytime for any questions or concerns I had. It's not often that you use the term "customer service" when you refer to your doctor, however, you did indeed provide me with the best customer / patient service I could've asked for!! I am 100% satisfied with my outcome and I would definitely do it all over again and would go to no one else but you !! November of 2002 is when I had my breast implant operation as you know. I was so very nervous going in, as I had never had surgery before in my life, but my surgery went very well and you did a great job! So, I want to thank you so much for your professionalism, care, and concern for your patients - you are wonderful !! If I ever decide to do anything else, you have my business for sure !! I feel wonderful without my tummy (thanks to my tummy tuck)!Dr. Janetzke is an awesome surgeon. I felt she went beyond what I expected from a surgeon. Her skills as a plastic surgeon are incredible. She removed about 5 lbs. of excess skin from my abdomen area. I am a 48 year old woman with an 18 year old tummy...I feel wonderful as a result of my panni. I would recommend Dr. Ellen 10 times over!After I had this surgery(s) I was amazed at the difference and how I looked. Dr. Janetzke definitely knows how to perform plastic surgery. She is very attentive, listens extremely well and makes sure she understands all of your concerns. She is very concerned about your recovery. She goes out of her way to help you and meet your needs. I would recommend her 10 times over to anyone who is interested in plastic surgery. She is Great and does an absolutely wonderful job! She knows her field well. She is well connected in the community of physiciansWe completed a mastopexy (lifting the breasts with skin reduction), panniculectomy (removal of hanging belly) and liposuction of calves (as prep for skin removal from legs next scheduled surgery). Her office got all the pre-op certifications, and everything was covered by my BCBS-PPO, except the liposuction. She is very professional, caring and sees the whole patient, not just a body part. I highly recommend her. She operates out of both Beaumont Troy (where I had my surgery) and Beaumont Royal Oak. She worked very well with my family doctor, too, and in the middle of the surgery, when she found a hernia that needed repairing, called in a general surgeon who did outstanding work. She is well connected in the community of physicians.

I also love getting emails and text messages about my upcoming appointments and the reminders that I haven’t been in the office in awhile. -J.E Very Friendly, Efficient, and Professional I went to Dr. Ellen for a breast augmentation and lift. From the first interaction with her staff I knew it was going to be a much better experience than the other offices I had consulted. The office staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional. I was sent an email to fill out my medical history before so that I wouldn't be held up with tons of paperwork at the appointment. In fact the entire office is paperless so you will never be bogged down by forms, papers, reminder cards. The system she has in place for appointments is great too because you can receive reminders and confirmations for appointment from emails, texts etc ( which is super for people who can't always answer their phones just to verify or call back to confirm an appointment). My consultation was quick but not rushed and I felt as if Dr. Ellen and her staff answered all my questions. There is no pressure like some places who want to be paid for a consult then push a down payment. Dr. Ellen sat with me talked about the procedures what different things I could do and let me try several different implant types. I was more than informed when I left her office and I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly for the surgery. My surgery went wonderfully and healing was really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be (or maybe just because Dr. Ellen has a better touch than most doctors out there). I have small children and I was able to be up and moving around with them, within the first week. I wasn't in pain after the first 24 hours just the annoyance of sitting up and lowering down for about a week or two. My scars are barely visible and my chest looks a million times better. It's one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I can't say enough good things about her office and tell everyone about her. I have gone back several times since to have botox and fillers as well. The result of those are also outstanding.
